FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns devices utilising heat for air (gas) heating in heating and thermal furnaces of various purposes, and can be applied in petrochemical industry, machine construction and metallurgy. Recuperator include assembled cylindrical case in the form of separate sections with division elements attached to them to maintain intersecting air flow, and air ducts. Case is positioned between air duct inlets and consists of three sequential sections interconnected along their central axis by a shaft, to which division elements are attached in each end section to maintain intersecting air flow. Division elements are made in the form of hollow metal foil parallelepipeds adjacent to each other along their length, with opposite side facets made in the form of square plates positioned so as one top, located at one of the diagonals perpendicular to the shaft, is overstretched and fixated on labyrinth sealing ring passing next to internal case surface, while second top located at the same diagonal is fixated to separator membrane attached to the shaft. Second tops of the square, located at the second square diagonal parallel to the shaft, are overstretched and fixated at spring rings attached to the shaft by spokes forming hexagon lying in the plane perpendicular to the shaft and symmetrical against axis of that plane, the spokes interconnected over labyrinth sealings in sections. Two other opposing facets in the form of narrow rectangular plates are attached to square plates after the described square plate overstretching and fixation is completed, forming hollow parallelepiped, and two opposing facets perpendicular to first side facets form rectangular holes. Division elements of parallelepiped shape are positioned in adjoining rows so as the rectangular hole facets in next adjoining row are perpendicular to hole facet in the previous row. In middle section tops of internal ridges perpendicular to the shaft of diagonal parallelepiped planes are attached to the shaft by roller bearings, and tops of external ridges of the same diagonal planes are immobilised at internal surface of cylindrical case. Ridge tops in diagonal plane parallel to the shaft are linked by spokes to roller bearings, in the first section shaft end is connected to electric motor over reducer, and the first section is connected to air duct inlet over labyrinth sealings. End sections are mobile while middle section is immobile, and the last section is also connected to air duct for warm air supply over labyrinth sealings.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of heat exchange.
