FIELD: physics, measurements.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to devices for measurement of gas flow rate and may be used for measurement of low gas flow rates and microflow rates of gas. Device comprises cuvette filled with liquid, pipeline with nozzle submerged into liquid, two sources of light and two photodetectors. Both photodetectors are connected to device for determination of time for shifting of pulses coming from them. Gas bubble counting device is also connected to one of photodetectors.

EFFECT: improved accuracy of measurements.
