FIELD: physics, tests.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of tests and may be used for tests by mechanical actions of, in particular honeycomb panels. Method consists in performance of honeycomb panel tests in reverberation acoustic chamber by development of diffused field, acoustic pressure parametres of which are set based on condition of stresses and accelerations equality in control points of honeycomb panel during vibration and acoustic tests. Determination of acoustic pressure parametres is done in several stages. At first during performance of vibration tests accelerations and deformations are registered in previously specified control points, then mathematical models of honeycomb panel and acoustic chamber are developed. Afterwards by calculations upper and lower limits are defined for values of acoustic pressure, when differences of stresses and accelerations in control points of honeycomb panel at acoustic and vibration loading do not exceed previously specified error. Besides comparison of stresses and accelerations obtained during acoustic calculations and vibration tests is carried out by formula, afterwards available sub-range is additionally divided into sub-levels that differ at least by error of acoustic loading mode setting, and modes of acoustic tests are formed for further stages of tests. Then acoustic loading is executed at formed modes of tests, moreover, after each stage, stresses and accelerations obtained during acoustic and vibrations tests are compared by formula, and when previously specified error is obtained, tests are completed, and formed mode of tests is used further to perform acceptance testing of honeycomb panels.
