FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: in process of method implementation impact action is carried out with the help of non-decomposed pyrotechnical device with controlled parametres of impact, comprising movable element with striker, besides previously required type of pulse is identified for applied pyrotechnical device, afterwards type and shape of striker are selected, as well as speed of striker collision with object of test, then required pressure is identified in pyrotechnical device, as well as required energy of pyrocartridges that pull pressure in free space of pyrodevice, then type of pyrocartridges is selected, as well as their number and size of free space inside pyrotechnical device, afterwards sequence of pyrocartridges actuation is formed, then at a specialised impact bench selected pyrotechnical device is actuated, force pulse, accelerations pulse and amplitude and impact spectra are obtained, compared to required values by formula, and if the difference is more than the permissible error, parametres of pyrotechnical device are corrected using above-specified algorithm to provide for required error, afterwards produced pyrotechnical device is used for impact loading of test object.
EFFECT: expanded range of impact actions reproduced in process of tests and simplified pattern of tests performance.
