FIELD: testing equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to testing equipment, in particular to high-intensity impact testing of instruments and equipment, and can be used to test instruments and equipment in aviation and rocket and space technology. The method consists in selecting a stand in accordance with the requirements for creating loads at the place of attachment of the test object, loading the test object with impact, followed by obtaining the required shock acceleration spectra at control points. Then, using the finite element method, models of stands are built with models of the test object installed on them, a numerical experiment is carried out, loading the test object with the required effects created by the stands. After that, the points with the maximum loading levels of the load-bearing structure and components of the test object are selected during tests on all types of stands and compared with the allowable values. Moreover, stands for which the permissible values for stresses in structural elements or shock acceleration spectra on components are exceeded for instruments and equipment are excluded from further consideration. The choice of the loading method for the test object and the type of stand for impact tests with restrictions on the shock spectra of accelerations for components of instruments and equipment is carried out according to the formula. Then, a dynamic layout of the test object is installed on the selected shock stand, loaded, gradually increasing the load, the “bench-test object” model is verified, and if the calculated and experimental data coincide within the permissible error, the dynamic layout of the test object is replaced with the test object, after which shock tests of the test object on the selected stand.

EFFECT: more accurate reproduction of the allowable load during impact tests, elimination of damage to test objects, instruments and equipment.
