SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication, computer engineering and informatics, and can be used for transmitting information "without transmission" per se. The device for transmitting information has transmitting and receiving points with a transmission memory element, transmission register and a reception memory element. The transmitting point has a transmission generator, comparator circuit, decoder for the end of transmission code, address counter, five OR- and AND-elements, single-pulse generator, clock-pulse generator and flip-flop, as well as a loading interface. The receiving unit has a reception generator, sixth OR-element, address counter, decoder for the end of reception code, a shaper and an integrating circuit with corresponding functional connections between the listed functional units on the side of the transmitting point and on the side of the receiving unit.
EFFECT: higher information protection (privacy) of information.
