FIELD: information technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to apparatus for transmitting information from a transmitting point to a receiving point without broadcasting said information over a communication channel. The method involves broadcasting overhead corresponding to the transmitted information, said overhead being a binary number of modification cycles of the binary code generator of the transmitting point for said portion of transmitted information. The apparatus consists of a transmission control unit, having memory, a transmission register, a binary code generator, a comparator circuit, a transmission end code decoder, an address counter, 7 OR elements, 5 AND elements, a former, a clock-pulse generator, 3 message flip-flops, a step counter, a shift counter, a pause counter and a shift register, a reception control unit, having a binary code generator, an OR element, 2 AND elements, an address counter, memory, a reception end code decoder, a former, an integrating circuit, a flip-flop, a clock-pulse generator, a zero potential pad, a comparator circuit, a step counter, a shift counter and a shift register.
EFFECT: high reliability during asynchronous transmission of information.
