SUBSTANCE: invention is related to milk industry. Method includes sterilisation of milk, aseptic packing it in non-transparent package, providing saving its sterility, keeping milk in package till souring temperature, aseptic introduction to the package of souring agent that contains lactic acid bacillus and bifidus bacterias, hermetically sealed and fermented in sealed packaged. While souring growth-substances and prebiotics source is introduced to the package.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase the quality of product and its storage life.
