SURGERY TECHNIQUE FOR CYSTIC CAPITATE PANCREATITIS COMPLICATED BY CYST HEMORRHAGE Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC A61B17/00

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery. Abdominal cavity is open. Head of pancreas is mobilised. A cyst is open. Haemostasis with arrosive retroclusion is followed with pancreaticoenteroanastomosis. And a postoperative wound is sutured. Prior to opening the cyst of pancreas head additionally out of an inflammation zone, right gastroepiploic artery is separated. Arteriotomy of right gastroepiploic artery is performed. A coronary dilatation catheter is introduced into hepatic artery retrograde through a lumen of right gastroepiploic artery. A balloon is gradually dilated and simultaneously tightened antegrade to gastroduodenal artery mouth to terminate its pulsation. Then the cyst is open. Visually controlled suturing of arrosive vessel follows. Then the balloon is decompressed. And the catheter is removed.

EFFECT: method allows reducing extension of intraoperative haemorrhage and preventing development postoperative pancreatonecrosis owing to precise suturing of arrosive vessel.
