FIELD: pancreatobiliary surgery.
SUBSTANCE: in the preoperative period, the size of the pancreas, as well as the size and localization of the cyst are determined. Based on the results of the data obtained, a frame stent is made from a perforated PVC tube with two holes at the end. After duodenotomy, a stylet with a frame stent put on it is inserted into the cyst cavity by twisting movements in the direction of the pancreatic cyst, forming an internal fistula between the cyst cavity and the duodenal lumen. The stent is positioned with its end with holes protruding into the lumen of the duodenum by 1.5 cm, then the stylet is removed.
EFFECT: effective localization of cysts communicating with the Wirsung duct and not communicating with it, minimal trauma; reduction of operation time due to simplicity, reduction of the frequency of intraoperative and postoperative complications.
