FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to ophthalmology, namely to the methods for treating the patients with oedematous form of diabetic maculoretinopathy. The integrated treatment consists of lymphotherapy by pterygopalatine blockades (PPB) with using a medicinal mixture, and discrete plasmapheresis with extracorporal blood photomodification. The PPB covers the affected eye within therapeutic course of 6-8 daily blockades, with using the medicinal mixture containing: Lidocaine - 50-100 mg, Cerepro - 250-500 mg, Mexidol - 50-100 mg, Retinalamine - 2.5-5 mg, Lydasa - 16-32 units. The discrete plasmapheresis is carried out in 3-5 procedures every 48-72 hours; exfusion per a procedure shall not exceed 20-25% of total blood volume. Reinfusion is drop-by-drop intravenous and combined with blood uviolising.

EFFECT: method allows improved clinical effectiveness, herewith ensuring a durable, prolonged clinical performance.
