For this, the drug mixture is introduced into the lymphatic region of the orbit by performing pterygopalatine blockades, daily, alternating between the right and left orbits. In this case, 3-4 injections are carried out using a drug mixture containing 20-40 mg of lidocaine, 3000-5000 IU of hemaze, 4-8 mg of dexazone, and 3-4 injections with a drug mixture containing 20-40 mg of lidocaine, 3000- 5000 IU of hemaz, and 4.0-8.0 mg of xefocam. In addition, patients undergo daily nasal electrophoresis with a 0.1% solution of the Semax drug, a course of 6-8 procedures.

EFFECT: method provides effective treatment with minimal side effects due to the complex effect on various pathogenetic links of the disease.
