FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to reflexotherapy and can be used in treatment of cervical osteochondrosis. The first stage includes slow, strong, pulsed movements with the first, second and third fingers of a left hand, petrissage of trapezius muscle. At the same time, the second, third and fourth fingers of a right hand move a skin elevation of this muscle, with fingers of both hands placed as close as possible. The second stage implies that with the second, third and fourth fingers of the right hand, trapezius muscle is worked at the angle 75-80 degrees with quick stroked movements that are combined with intense pressure on said muscle with the second, third, fourth and fifth fingers of the left hand. At the third stage, the elevation of massaged tissue having been grasped between the second, third and fourth fingers of the right hand and the third and fourth fingers of the left hand is slowly moved along trapezius muscle with continuous rocking aside. At the fourth stage, the first finger supported second, third and fourth fingers perform quick circular petrissage of trapezius muscle, and of splenius muscles of head and neck. When in execution, the second, third and fourth fingers constantly slide relatively to each other with as low as possible motion arc. The fifth stage involve slow, crosslike stroked movements with the first fingers of both hands supported on the second, third and fourth fingers in various directions on trapezius muscle, and of splenius muscles of head and neck. At the sixth stage, trapezius muscle is grasped with the first, second, third and fourth fingers of both hands to perform small quick shaking advances also covering splenius muscles of neck. At the seventh stage, the elevation of massaged tissue grasped between the third and fourth fingers of the left hand and the second and third fingers of the right hand is exposed to quick lateral motions performed on sternocleidomastoid muscle. At the eighth stage, the elevation of massaged tissue grasped between the first, second and third fingers is exposed to slow pendulous fluctuations of trapezius muscle both in ascending, and descending directions. At the ninth stage, with the second phalanxes of the second, third and fourth fingers of both hands, strong impulse motions of trapezius muscle are performed both in ascending, and descending direction. At the tenth stage, the second, third and fourth fingers of the left hand fix sternocleidomastoid muscle, while the first finger of the right hand performs short crosslike movements. At the eleventh stage, the first fingers of both hands supported on the second, third and fourth fingers make slow, deep, reciprocal alternated motions on sternocleidomastoid muscle. Therapeutic course includes 5-7 sessions, every 12 months.
EFFECT: method allows improving clinical effectiveness ensured by conditions for faster circulation recovery in pathological zone.
