FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, orthopaedic and orthodontic dentistry, also may be used for correction of anterior occlusion. Face and neck muscles are massaged. At the first stage, a tissue fold is grasped between 2nd and 3rd fingers of both hand at the angle of 15-20 degrees within lateral and medial pterygoid muscles to make dash motions for 20-25 seconds. Further, the 2nd and 3rd fingers of one hand at the angle of 5-10 degrees to a face surface are used to move tissue slowly and deeply up and down along the whole surface of the same muscles with constantly alternating the direction. Then, the tissue fold is grasped by the 1st and 2nd fingers of both hands to make rapid small tucks along the whole surface of the greater and small zygomaticus muscles for 30-40 sec. The 2nd fingers tightly press the area of the greater zygomaticus muscle, while the 3rd fingers rub rapidly the lateral and medial pterygoid muscles for 20 sec. The 2nd fingers are fixed at the angle of 80-90 degrees to the surface of an elevator muscle of upper lip and wing of nose; the 3rd and 4th fingers at the angle of 20-30 degrees to the face surface make deep pushing of the lateral pterygoid muscle downright for 2 min. The 1st fingers tightly press the elevator muscle of upper lip and wing of nose; the 2nd and 3rd fingers make pulse stretching along the whole surface of the greater and small zygomaticus muscle, lateral and pterygoid muscles for 20 sec. The therapeutic course includes 8-11 sessions: 3 days running, then pause of 3 days, further therapy of 2 days, pause of 4 days, 1 session and pause of 3 days, therapy of 2 days, pause of 2 days. If the therapeutic result observed after the main course is not working enough, the 3-day therapy is continued after 5-day pause.
EFFECT: method allows reducing a number of tissue injuries and simplifying the method.
