SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries, etc, in production of extra pure chemicals, substances of synthetic pills, as well as poisonous, strong toxic and aggressive substances. Proposed apparatus comprises working cylindrical chamber 2 accommodating filtration partition 4, service branch pipes 5 and 6, jacket 3 and vibrator 1. Note that face walls 7 of aforesaid chamber are furnished with sealing rings 8 and arranged to reciprocate relative to cylindrical part of chamber 2.
