FIELD: organic synthesis.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a continuous reactor for the production of alkoxysilanes by direct synthesis from silicon and alcohol, including a working chamber equipped with grinding media, a heater, process pipes and mounted on a vibration drive that creates directional vibrations other than vertical. Moreover, the working chamber is made in the form of a rectangular tray equipped with transverse partitions installed with a gap relative to the bottom of the tray, the size of the gap does not exceed the size of the grinding media located between the partitions, and the working chamber itself is mounted on a vibration drive with a lift, the direction of which coincides with the direction of vibration drive oscillations. In this case, the lifting angle can be changed up to 7° relative to the horizontal, and the angle of application of directional vibrations of the vibration drive is from 30° to 60° relative to the horizontal.
EFFECT: creation of a reactor for the production of alkoxysilanes capable of operating in a continuous mode, providing an increase in productivity, the degree of silicon conversion, selectivity and fire and explosion safety of the process, reducing labor intensity and energy consumption.
