FIELD: chemical industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of obtaining silicon-containing compounds and can be used in the chemical industry. A reactor for the production of alkoxysilanes by direct synthesis from silicon and alcohol is proposed, including a working chamber in the form of a rectangular tray equipped with arc-shaped transverse partitions installed with the possibility of moving in the longitudinal direction, equipped with grinding media, a heater and process pipes. The working chamber is mounted on a vibration drive that creates directional vibrations other than vertical ones, which provide vibration transportation of silicon, its grinding and mechanical activation.
EFFECT: creation of a reactor, the design of which makes continuous operation possible, which provides increased productivity, silicon conversion and fire and explosion safety of the process, as well as reducing labor intensity and energy consumption.
