FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: steel contains carbon, silicon, manganese, chrome, nickel, nitrogen, molybdenum, vanadium, calcium, selenium, iron and unavoidable admixtures, at following correlation of components, wt %: carbon 0.04-0.08, silicon 0.10-0.40, manganese 9.0-11.0, chrome 20.0-21.0, nickel 2.8-3.8, molybdenum 0.7-1.2, vanadium 0.15-0.25, calcium 0.005-0.010, selenium 0.10-0.15, nitrogen 0.5-0.55, iron and unavoidable admixtures are the rest. Correlation of carbon concentration to content of nitrogen is 0.07-0.14, correlation of contents (Cr+2Mo+4V)/(C+N)=35÷41, and for meanings of concentrations of alloying elements it is met the conditions: [Ni]+0.1[Mnt]+0.01[Mn]2+18[N]+30[C]/[Cr]+1.5[Mo]+0.48[Si]+2.3[V]=0.62÷0.86, where [N], [C], [Si], [Mn], [Cr], [Mo], [V] - concentrations in steel of nitrogen, carbon, silicon, manganese, chrome, molybdenum and vanadium accordingly. Steel allows developed subgrain structure after hot plastic deformation at temperature 1000÷1050°C with clamping 50÷80% and following cooling in water up to room temperature and fine-grained austenitic structure after hardening in water from the temperature 1030÷1070°C.
EFFECT: there are increased strength characteristics and corrosion resistance.
