FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: steel contains carbon, silicon, manganese, chromium, nitrogen, molybdenum, vanadium, calcium, iron and impurities at following ratio of components, wt %: carbon 0.03 - 0.07, silicon from 0.1 to less 0.2, manganese 6.0 - 8.0, chromium 15.0 - 17.0, molybdenum 0.5 - 0.7, vanadium 0.15 - 0.25, nitrogen 0.50 - 0.65, calcium 0.005 - 0.01, iron and unavoidable impurities - the rest. As unavoidable impurities it contains sulphur ≤ 0.020 and phosphorus < 0.020. Upon austenisation at 1050 - 1070°C steel has homogeneous austenite structure. The following conditions are met for its components: (0.1Mn] - 0.01[Mn]2 +18[N] + 30[C])/([Cr] + 1.5[Mo] + 0.48[Si] + 2.3[V]) = 0.68 + 0.80 and [Cr + 2Mo + 4V)/(C + N) = 28 - 35.
EFFECT: raised strength characteristics, corrosion resistance and non-magnetic properties.
