FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to system for construction of sports skating and downhill skiing complex and to devices for its realisation. Method for construction of sports downhill skiing and skating complex includes creation of ski jumps, which consist of start pads, ski-jump hill, jumping table, landing hill, stop pad, and organisation of contests and competitions in special tracks for cross-country skiing, ski flights, biathlon, descent from hills along special tracks - slalom, giant slalom, speed descent, including length of track, proper width of gates, distance between them, height differences between start and finish. Removal of rocky stones, boulders, cliffs with sharp ledges, and leveling of slope surfaces on ski tracks and ski jump, and sites for natural and manmade skating race or skating rink, and construction of vertical shafts and horizontal tunnels is carried out with the help of a set of plasma generators or plasma drilling strings by means of rocks melting, filling of pits, grooves, indents with melted mass of rocks, imparting specified smoothened even inclined surface to surface of ski tracks at various angles of inclination, and arrangement of ski jump with controlled height of jumping table. Near areas of tunnel and shafts construction, stone panel walls are manufactured, as well as partitions, slabs and other objects for construction of a house, directly near areas of their erection, by means of rocks melting by an aggregate of plasma drilling strings and manufacturing of these objects from their mass, development of pit and casting of large-panel walls, partitions, slabs is combined and is carried out simultaneously on massif of rocks from mountain top by means of their melting with the help of plasma generators or plasma drilling strings, collection and displacement of melted liquid mass from bottomhole to casting conveyor are carried out with the help of pump, foundry ladle, hoists of gantry crane telpher. Pit contains built large-panel or monolithic circular house, inside curb of walls, partitions, slabs there is a carcass of rod and wire reinforcement, curbs are connected to each other into a section, are arranged in the form of communicating vessels and are equipped with water jackets with the possibility to pour liquid melt mass of rocks into cavities of curb and movement in communicating vessels by gravity flow with cooling of their mass, curbs are connected into a section, curb of external walls has relief of sculptural art images for imprinting of cast items, powder of mineral dyes and titanium and zirconium hydrides are introduced into melt mass of rocks for their decomposition and release of hydrogen for foaming of mass and development of cellular structure and proper heat insulation, fixation by means of cooling and imparting beauty, nice colour and proper heat insulation to cast items. In areas of shaft and tunnels construction, hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen are produced, hydrogen and oxygen are produced by means of electrolysis or water splitting in vacuum, nitrogen is produced by means of air burning with hydrogen and oxygen, at the same time hydrogen and oxygen are burned, releasing vapors of water, they are condensed with the help of condenser and change from gaseous into liquid condition and are separated from nitrogen, nitrogen, hydrogen and air are supplied into helical channels of discharge chamber of plasma generators for their transformation into plasma vortex for melting of rocks and application in combustion chambers of steam boiler section, and oxygen, air and some hydrogen are supplied into one of combustion chambers of steam boiler for conversion of heat energy into mechanical energy with the help of turbine, then mechanical energy is converted into electric energy with the help of generator. Also versions of devices are described, which comprise snow hill with ski jump and ski tracks.

EFFECT: improved efficiency in process of complex construction, development of waste-free production, reduced labour intensiveness, energy savings, reduction of transport costs for construction of residential buildings, lower pollution of environment, broader technological resources.
