FIELD: refrigerating engineering, applicable for artificial production of favorable climatic conditions in domestic houses, auditoriums, administrative and public institutions, in railway and automobile transports. SUBSTANCE: the conditioner has devices for air cooling and heating, air conduits, fan, spray chamber, temperature and air humidity controllers. The device for cooling and heating and the air conduits are combined and made in the form of thermomodules of tellurium and bismuth glued together by dielectric varnish possessing adhesion and electrical engineering properties. The tellurium plates are connected to one another and to the power source. The bismuth plates are also connected to one another and to the power source through an electric circuit, they are positioned in one or several rooms, these pipes and the steel pipe are rigidly attached to the walls. Both pipes are connected to the drying cabinet and refrigerator, they are provided with a fan. The drying cabinet has coil pipes provided with thermomodulators, located on its side walls and ceilings, they are made for warm-up of the drying cabinet room and discharge of cold through the steel pipe to the domestic rooms (in summer season). The refrigerator is provided with coil pipes containing thermomodules made for cooling the refrigerator chamber and heat removal from the pipes provided with thermomodules located in the domestic rooms - to the drying cabinet and cooling of rooms (in summer season) and heating of domestic rooms (in winter season) and removal of cold to the refrigerator. Both pipes are provided with fans. The refrigerator and the drying cabinet have branch pipes connected to the outside atmospheric air. The spray chambers are installed before the plenum air conduit and made in the form of an endless, thin, hydroscopic filter of rarely interlaced threads. The filters are stretched on drums. The upper drum is provided with an electric drive. The lower drum is positioned in a vessel filled with liquid, it is made for moistening and cleaning of the coming air of particles and filter washing. EFFECT: enhanced capacity, simplified construction, enhanced reliability and durability, rationalized use of energy, expanded functionalabilities of use of removed heat- to the drying cabinet, and removed cold - to the refrigerator. 2 cl, 5 dwg
