FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of manufacturing of reinforced by metal braid polymerous hoses. Polymerous chamber is forced on burnisher and coated by two located one on another layers of cellular braiding, herewith strand of each braiding is directed to crosshair, interlaced to each other and laid into hose by helical line, herewith correlation between values of helix angle to longitudinal axis of hose at laying of strand in braidings of the first and the second layers, inclination θ, θ1 at laying of strands of the first layer is assigned in the range 0<θ1<55°44, and corresponding to it inclination θ2 at laying of stands of the second layer is assigned from condition of balance of braidings by formula: where m1 and m2 - packaging density of wires in braidings of the first and the second layers; d1 and d2 - diametres of wires in braidings of the first and the second layers correspondingly; E1 and E2 - modulus of elasticity of material in braidings of the first and the second layers correspondingly; t - wall thickness of polymerous chamber; Dd - burnisher diametre.
EFFECT: rising of hydrostatic strength of hose.
