FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of fire-resistant hose. Braiding of fire-proof material is made on the mandrel, the silicone rubber paste is poured into a cylindrical mold corresponding to the external surface of the hose. Method includes immersion into said mold with mandrel paste with braiding at alignment of mandrel longitudinal axis with longitudinal axis of said shape so that uniform gap is formed between mandrel and inner surface of mold, filled with braiding and paste forming wall of hose. Form is closed, paste is polymerised and hose is removed from mold and mandrel from inner cavity of hose. Long-length mandrel is used out of magnetic material to place closed mold with mandrel filled with mandrel in magnetic field compensating deflection of lengthy mandrel from its own weight. Providing uniform gap between mandrel and inner surface of cylindrical shape.

EFFECT: result is different thicknesses of walls of long hose.
