FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be applied for air heating and dust removal in any industry requiring gas flow treatment and heating, particularly in drying plants of chemical and food industries and in ventilation systems of buildings. Continuous effect device for air preparation in air renewal systems includes case with chain conveyor with spring mesh inside, air duct for air supply and discharge, oil tub. Novelty of invention is comprised by transverse partitions of alternating height, dividing oil tub, mounted on section with conical bottom and maintaining oil cross flow from section to section against return air flow. Lowest oil level is maintained in section adjoining inlet air duct of return air, and highest oil level is maintained in section adjoining outlet air duct. Conical bottom of each section features lock device through which oil passes to collector connected over filter device to oil circulation system including pump, regulation treatment filter, and preliminary heating radiator for inflow air, thus maintaining oil-to-air and mesh-to-air counterflow, where oil and mesh follow direct flow. Additionally the device includes main radiator for air heating.
EFFECT: utilisation of return air heat.
