FIELD: blasting work.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to explosive neutralisers. Ion-conduction fluid is poured into hydrodynamic destroyer inner chamber, after its plug is removed. Then the said plug is fitted in its place. Charging device charges capacitor bank. Destroyer barrel plug is directed towards the object to be destroyed. Voltage pulse generated by firing pulse generator is fed to discharger control electrode to disrupt discharger and to bring about capacitor bank voltage to exist between the discharging sections of operating electrodes. The gap between aforesaid sections is punctured to bring about a discharge channel to excite shock wave in ion-conducting fluid. Aforesaid shock wave initiates hydrodynamic fluid flow to acts on the cone to break it down. Cone shape generates thin and high-power jet to destroy explosive object.
EFFECT: higher safety of operation.
