SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of radio engineering and communication for amplification of analog signals of sensors with high internal resistance, in structure of analog microcircuit chips of various functional purpose (for instance, operational amplifiers (OA), wideband and selective amplifiers, filters, etc.). Differential amplifier comprises input parallel-balance cascade (IPBC) (1), having the first (2) and second (3) inputs, the first (4) and second (5) outputs, transistor (T) of reference current source (6), collector of which is connected to common emitter circuit (7) of IPBC (1), and emitter is connected to bus of power supply source (8) through current-stabilising dipole (9), the first (10) and second (11) auxiliary T, bases of which are connected to the first (2) and second (3) inputs of IPBC (1), and emitters are connected to each other, moreover, all main T circuits have single type of conductivity. Base of T reference current source (6) is connected to combined emitters of the first (10) and second (11) auxiliary T, collector of the first (10) auxiliary T is connected to input of the first (12) additional current mirror (ACM), collector of the second (11) auxiliary T is connected to input of the second (13) ACM, besides output of the first (12) ACM is connected to base of the first (10) auxiliary T, and outlet of the second (13) ACM is connected to the base of the second (11) auxiliary T.
EFFECT: higher input resistance and achievement of static input currents.
