FIELD: radio engineering and communication, possible use as device for amplification of analog signals, in structure of analog microchips of various functional purposes (for example, in operational amplifiers, comparators).
SUBSTANCE: cascade differential amplifier contains input parallel-balance cascade (1) on transistors (2) and (3), bases of which are inputs (4 and 5) of cascade differential amplifier, and emitters are connected to supporting current supply (6), bases of transistors (7,8,9 and 10) are combined and connected to shifting voltage supply (11), where combined emitters of transistors (7 and 8) are connected to first output (12) of cascade (1) and through first current-stabilizing dipole (13) are connected to bus of first power supply (14), combined emitters of transistors (9 and 10) are connected to second output (15) of cascade (1) and through second current-stabilizing dipole (16) are connected to bus of first (14) power supply. To reduce weakening coefficient of input cophased signal the supporting current supply (6) is realized on auxiliary transistor (21), coupled by circuit with common emitter, emitter of which is connected to bus of second power supply (19), and base is connected to combined collectors of transistor (7) and transistor (10).
EFFECT: increased efficiency.
