FIELD: physics, communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to communication engineering. In circuits of pilot-signals transmission, in order to achieve orthogonality between pilot-signals sent by several basic stations along descending communication line, frequency, time or frequency and time orthogonality may be used. Frequency orthogonality is achieved in process of pilot-signals transmission in non-crossing sets of subranges. Time orthogonality is achieved in process of pilot-signals transmission with application of different orthogonal codes (for instance, Walsh codes). Pilot-signals may also be scrambled by various scrambling codes, which are used to randomise pilot-signal noises and to provide for the possibility to identify transmitters of mentioned pilot-signals. Noises of pilot-signals are assessed and then subtracted from received symbols to obtain the symbols with suppressed pilot-signal, having better quality.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of communication.
