FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method of production mineral-protein additive can be used in agriculture namely while producing feeding additive of freshwater zebra mussel. Collected zebra mussels are washed in running water, preliminary drying is performed outside from 12 to 24 hours till intervalvular liquid loss, after that they are warmed at 70-120°C during 30-90 minutes and dried outside till moisture content 5-10% and milled. Zebra mussels obtained anyhow can be used for feeding additive production including those which are found during reclamation works e.g. while cleaning hydraulic structures and spawning grounds.

EFFECT: invention allows to increase productivity, reduce animal, poultry or fish breeding cost while using cost effective feeding additive.
