SUBSTANCE: combined belt item for men contains a part close fitting waist, hips, thighs, inguinal part and legs. Close fitting part has an opening for leading genitals into a pocket, formed by the close fitting part and a front plane connected with a close fitting part. Close fitting part has a connecting element joining legs and it has two heat insulating zones. Heat insulating zones are arranged on the thighs close fitting zones and adjoin edge of the opening. Front plane fixed on the lower edge of the connecting element or made integral with the connecting element, along with the secured on the internal parts of the thighs to the front parts of the thighs has an upper flypiece.
EFFECT: invention secures comfortable temperature regimen for genitals and their natural position in any body position.
