SUBSTANCE: invention relates to clothes with medical properties and relates to clothes with physical exercise effect in case of back pain. Clothes are designed for the lower body half, and their base is made of a meshy material that develops high tension. Front bones that are nonstretching in vertical direction are stitched around the back area to inner sides at the right and at the left from the area of iliac pelvic bone arrangement at the front side. Back bones that are nonstretching in vertical direction are stitched at the back near the area of sacrum arrangement between the right and the left halves of buttocks. Side parts arranged in the small of the back area between front bones and back bones are made of meshy tight-fitting material, the lower edge of which is left free. The meshy material is stitched above the upper edge of material of the clothes base from tight-fitting material made of elastic jersey fabric. Pitch stitches of these clothes are arranged as in knickers so that parts of knickers arranged around the left and right hips may be retained in the tightened condition.

EFFECT: invention has compensating function of user muscles activity variance, thus regulating the position so that the back pain could be prevented, eased and soothed.
