FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to traumatology and can be applied for treatment of patients with open fractures of ankle joint area. Cadaver fibrinolytically active plasma (FAP), antibiotics and polyvalent phages are introduced into ankle joint by means of microirrigator passed on anterior joint surface through unaffected skin from the opposite side of the wound. FAP, with activity 1500-2000 MU is introduced during first three days, but not earlier than after 10 hours after operation, 2 times per day in amount 5.0 ml and in the following 2-3 days -1 time per day. During bandaging antibiotics and phages are introduced into ankle joint 1 time per day during 5-6 days in therapeutic dose.
EFFECT: method allows reducing number of deep purulent complications.
