FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making surgical treatment of the lesion focus and filling the bone defect with implant. Necrosis sequestrectomy, washing with antiseptics, treating with vacuum are carried out during the acute stage. Then the bone defect is filled with collapan grains. In forming the cavity after necrosis sequestrectomy, filling with collapan grains is carried out without ramming to the level of edge making the cavity boundary. When forming generalized bone defects as a cavity, filling the cavity with collapan grains is completed with muscular plastic repair. When performing resection-type necrosis sequestrectomy, the collapan grains are placed between the fractured bone fragments and osteosynthesis is carried out by means of compression-distraction apparatus. When treating the remission cases, tunnelization of pathologically changed bone area is carried out. Then the created canals are filled with collapan gel through catheter under pressure.
