FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment and namely to devices with pulsed low-frequency magnetic field, which are meant for physical therapy. Magnetic field action device consists of a number of solenoids with constant bar magnets used as cores. Between solenoids there arranged are intermediate constant bar magnets. The latter are positioned in the working direction with the poles opposite to the poles of solenoid constant magnets. Hardware for controlling the solenoid operation is made with the possibility of supplying electric pulses in reversed phase to adjacent solenoids. The device is made with the possibility of receiving total varying magnetic field with induction of variable component varying not more than by 1/3 of the induction value of steady component of the field.

EFFECT: invention allows decreasing spread of excitation of peripheral nervous system beyond the limits of the area of influence, enlarging the working area of influence and improving efficiency of magnetotherapy action.
