FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to quantum radiophysics and represents a solid-state quantum generator of electromagnetic radiation in the nanometer range, which can be widely used in engineering, nanotechnology, physics, biology, chemistry and medicine. Disclosed device comprises at least two electric power control devices, at least one phase shift device, at least one electromagnetic wave emitter, at least two exciting inductance coils and an excited inductance coil.
EFFECT: device is intended for adjustment of electric power in the first and second exciting inductance coils, allowing their electric signals to have equal amplitudes.
