FIELD: sports.
SUBSTANCE: method of determining tennis-racket and tennis-ball dynamic behavior includes repeated measurements of parametres of racket and ball impact interaction with the help of sensors followed by recording the sensed information. The sensors are located on the string surface of the racket and the ball. At the moment of the racket and ball impact interaction the acceleration of the racket string surface, time of the ball contact with strings and the ball acceleration at the moment of the ball loss of contact with the strings is measured. The acceleration of the string surface is measured directly at the impact area, repeated measurements of parametre of a group of racket and ball models is performed under similar parametres of impacts and similar impact areas.
EFFECT: improved accuracy of tennis-racket and tennis-ball dynamic behavior measurement.
