FIELD: sports training devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a sports training device of the percussion type, intended primarily for training and improving the technique of percussion movement in tennis. The simulator for teaching and improving the technique of serving in tennis includes a racket, a vertical rack 1, installed with a support 2 on a horizontal surface. On the vertical rack 1, three horizontally located guides 3, 4, 5 are installed with the help of sliders 6, which allow you to change the height and angle of inclination of the guides, moreover, a swing limiter 7 is placed on the first guide 3, the second guide 4 is designed to move the racket along it, then as on the third guide 5, a height rise limiter in the form of a foam ball is fixed.
EFFECT: improving technical characteristics, namely, increasing the accuracy of feeds at various levels of physical, emotional, mental, sensory fatigue.
