LOUVER ASH CATCHER Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC B03C3/01 

FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: in device louvers are arranged in the form of metal wall installed with inclination angle of 45° at electric insulators inside body and connected to source of high voltage current. Metal plates of louvers have shape of isosceles angles, length of which fully covers flue section. Shelves of angles are inclined at the angle of 60° to horizontal plane, edges of shelves are sharpened as "knife" and are connected to each other by means of contact-ionising woven steel wire mesh with cut ends of wires.

EFFECT: reduction of dust load at electric filters by means of previous cleaning of gas and dust flow in louver dust catchers, but with application of electric flow in them, which is taken from power supply source common with electric filter.
