FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: vibration screw screen includes a box covered on all the sides and having screw screening surfaces located in tiers one under the other and combined into a unique process flow, vibration exciter and elastic elements, loading and unloading means of fine and coarse loose material particles. Each screening screw surface is hollow and is formed along the periphery with three and more curve-shaped perforated straps of various order, which are folded in a vertical plane and connected in-series between each other lengthwise. Centres of curved screening surfaces are located inside their cross section. Loading and unloading means of coarse particles on each tier are made in the form of inlet and outlet holes. Inlet hole of the upper screening surface is connected to the loading device nozzle, which supplies loose material inside the screening surface. Outlet hole of each tier of the screening surface is interconnected with the inlet hole of the screening surface located below by means of the cover plate covering inlet and outlet holes of coarse particles of each tier of the screening surface.
EFFECT: improving screening efficiency, capacity and enlarging technological capabilities.
