FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method includes application on investment pattern layers of suspension on the basis of hydrolised solution of ethyl silicate, powdered quartz and colloidal silica with particles size from micrometre up to nanometre and picometre, in amount from 0.5 up to 30% from mass of refractory filler, cushioning layer of each layer by grain refractory material, drying of layers, smelting of patterns and tempering of patterns.
EFFECT: high thermal stability of patterns.
