SUBSTANCE: suspension includes ethyl silicate, acetone or ethyl alcohol, water, hydrochloric acid, glycerol, disperse earth silicon, nitro-acid salt, powdered refractory filler at following correlation of components, wt %; ethyl silicate 10.0-15.0; acetone or alcohol 13.0-18.0; water 2.0-8.0; hydrochloric acid 0.25-0.8; glycerol 0.015-0.18; disperse earth silicon 0.5-18.0; orthophosphoric acid 0.2-1.5; nitro-acid salt 0.15-7.5; refractory filler is the rest.
EFFECT: hardening, increasing of thermostability, gas permeability, reduction of gas-creation of cases, reduction of foundry goods discard by core blows.
