FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: method is provided for treatment of two details, installed on parallel axes, by disk blade with rotation axis, installed with ability of oscillation and axial advance relative to details. Additionally there are used copying disc or templet, which are connected though double-arm lever and interacting with it adjustable dipstick with disk blade. Pivot center of dipstick is located in alignment with axis of suspension of cutting tool, double-arm lever - with ability of displacement of point of its interaction with templet into interaction point with copying disk. At treatment for formation of profile of simultaneously treated two parts by means of templet it is imparted to cutting tool relative to parts cross to-and-fro movements, simultaneously agreed with displacement of tool lengthwise axis of its rotation as to one as to the other side with ability of changing of defining rotational velocity of copying disk or templet relative to velocity of travel of disk blade and distance from axis of suspension of adjustable dipstick up to point of its interaction with double-arm lever. Machine contains mounted on stand frontal and back poppet, lengthwise displacement mechanism of disk blade and templet. Frontal and back poppets are connected by frame axis of lengthwise displacement mechanism of disk blade, interacting with templet. Frontal poppet allows two spindle shafts, on each of which it is fixed detachable center, two bodies of moving-out quill, in each of which it is located detachable moving-out quill, with installed in it by means of bearings pointed member. Lengthwise displacement mechanism of cutting tool contains frame, frame's axis, spindle of length feed, linked to tool carriage, on which it is installed disk blade. Addiitionally installed in sockets frontal and back poppet frame's axis and parallel to it side of frame are implemented by carriage guide from the material with square profile, herewith square of frame's axis is located upwards by rib, and two rollers installed on body of tool carriage, are located from above and each of them envelopes two sides, forming top rib frame's axis square, and two other rollers, installed on body of tool carriage, are pressed by means of springs underneath and each envelopes two sides, forming bottom rib of square of frame's axis. On side of frame roller installed on the body of tool carriage, located on side of square and other roller is pressed by means of spring with pin to opposing side of square. Longitudinal feed screw is interlocked to shaft of templet, on which it is forced on flange, connected by rope with counterweight. On flange it is fixed templet in the form of one or two and more detachable disks of specified configuration, interacting through double-arm lever with dipstick, installed on frame of lengthwise displacement mechanism of disk blade. Lead-screw allows spring-load overload clutch and connected through intermediate chain gear with cam shaft, and the letter is connected to hub, on which it is fixed detachable copying disk of specified configuration, and through gear transmission with shaft of templet. Additionally back poppet allows displacement simultaneously by guide ways of stand and frame's axis, and located towards to each other double-arm lever and adjustable dipstick are installed pivotally.
EFFECT: expansion of manufacturing capabilities.
