FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: polymer compositions contains the following components: a) copolymer of vinyl chloride and ethylene, comprising vinyl chloride links in amount of up to 95 wt % inclusive and ethylene links in amount from 5 to 30 wt %, b) one or several protective colloids in amount from 5 to 30 wt % and c) additionally one or several powdery substances against caking in amount from 5 to 30 wt %, and also d) not necessarily other additives, besides amounts given in wt % are specified as recounted into total mass of polymer powdery composition and in every case must total to 100 wt %.
EFFECT: polymer materials are used as materials for coating of surfaces, such as thin layers of plaster, for single-layer plastering and for filling of seams.
