SUBSTANCE: invention discloses a polymeric powdered composition redispersed in water for use in construction chemistry products, obtained through radical polymerisation of one or more monomers in aqueous medium, where the said monomers are selected from a group comprising vinyl ethers of straight or branched alkylcarboxylic acids with 1-15 carbon atoms, methacrylates and acrylates of acids with 1-15 carbon atoms, vinyl aromatic compounds, olefins, dienes and vinyl halides, followed by drying the obtained polymer dispersion, where before drying, one or more silanes containing an amine or epoxy residue are added to the polymer dispersion. The invention also discloses a method of producing and versions of methods of using the disclosed powdered composition.
