FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: first enamel comprises the following: filming agent - 15% solution of partially saponified copolymer of vinyl chloride with vinyl acetate (A-15-0) in mixture of organic dissolvents, technical carbon and natural mineral wollastonite and schungite with weight fraction of carbon from 26.28% to 39.35% , the second enamel: filming agent - 15% solution of partially saponified copolymer of vinyl chloride with vinyl acetate (A-15-0) in mixture of organic dissolvents, technical carbon and natural mineral schungite with weight fraction of carbon from 26.28% to 39.35%.
EFFECT: reduced specific volume electric resistance with simultaneous increase of hardness and wear resistance of coat.
