ELECTRICALLY CONDUCTIVE COMPOSITION AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING HEATING PANELS BASED ON IT Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC C09D5/24 H05B3/14 B32B27/06

Abstract RU 2653176 C2

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrically conductive composition that can be used to manufacture electrically conductive electrical heating elements in construction, agriculture, domestic heating appliances, automotive industry. Electrically conductive composition comprises a film-forming binder with a suitable hardener and/or solvent and a carbonaceous filler in the form of a dehydrated schungite mineral in an amount of 30-70% by weight of the binder. Dehydrated schungite mineral is introduced as a mixture of fractions obtained by crushing - a dimension of 22-50 mcm and a grinding - with a dimension of 0.1-20 mcm, at a mass ratio of 1:9-1:1. Method for manufacturing the heating panels also includes a multilayered arrangement of an electrically conductive composition with a film-forming binder and a carbon-containing filler between parallel-mounted electrodes along the edges of the substrate. Electrically conductive composition is layered from the electrode to the electrode until the static error of the specific conductivity of the surface is compensated with a decrease in the resistivity and with a displacement of 1-2 upper layers by 2-3% of the interelectrode distance. As electrodes copper tinned braids are used. Technical result of the claimed invention is to ensure a uniform distribution of surface resistivity, which allows to expand the range of resistivity of the manufactured heating panels.

EFFECT: possibility of regulating power of heat radiation and increasing the efficiency at simplification, cheaper methods and increasing the service life of heating panels.
