FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: this method may be used in the field of aviation engine-building to produce blades and protective coating on binding caps of gas-turbine engine blades and gas turbine plants. Prepared reaction mixture includes the following, wt %: nickel oxide - 40.0-43.7, aluminium - 34.1-37.2, chrome oxide - 2.9-4.3, cobaltous oxide - 12.0-13.2, titanium oxide - 1.3-2.4, molybdenum oxide - 3.1-3.9, carbon - 0.05-0.65, boron - 0.03-0.05, zirconium - 0.03-0.05. Reaction mixture is put into high melting form which is placed in centrifuge, it is inflamed and synthesis is performed under centrifugal acceleration of 200-300g.

EFFECT: obtaining low-density allow using one-stage process with minor energy consumption and high yield of desired product.
