FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: casting alloys based on Ni3Al intermetallic compound, and can be used for the manufacture of dies and other tools used in the deformation of alloys by isothermal stamping. Cast high-temperature alloy based on Ni3Al intermetallic compound contains, wt.%: aluminum 8.3-8.8, chromium 5.7-6.5, tungsten 3.5-4.1, molybdenum 3.5-4.1, titanium 1.4-2.0, carbon 0.13-0.18, lanthanum 0.005-0.05, calcium 0.001-0.01, nickel and impurities - the rest. The alloy has the following phase composition, %:γ' -phase 79.5-84,γ -phase 15-19, carbide phase 1.0-1.5.
EFFECT: increased characteristics of long-term strength in the temperature range of 100-1200°C and increased resistance of the die in terms of the number of loading cycles until the appearance of a residual deformation of 1%.
