SUBSTANCE: invention is related to grounding switch for distribution device of medium voltage, which comprises multiple fixed contacts, multiple surfaces of movable contacts arranged with the possibility of entering in contact with specified multiplicity of fixed contacts, support structure for supporting of displacement facilities, which provide for displacement of the mentioned second multiplicity of contact surfaces. Grounding switch comprises also at least one guide device, including fixed element and movable element, which is coaxially connected to it. Movable element is arranged with the possibility of efficient connection to mentioned surfaces of movable contacts so that to provide for their displacement along substantially rectilinear direction from the first position that corresponds to open position of mentioned switch, into the second position, which corresponds to closed position of mentioned switch.

EFFECT: provision of small time of grounding switch actuation with fast closure of contacts without possible damages of equipment.
