FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to electric engineering, in particular to protective switching equipment. Circuit breaker comprises base, movable and fixed contacts, holding electromagnet with magnetic conductor and anchor, including pneumatic drive with cylinder, stem and piston, disconnecting spring, spring of contact pressing. Stem of connecting pneumatic drive and anchor of holding electromagnet are connected by means of latch.
EFFECT: higher efficiency in circuit breaker opening and improved manufacturability in its production, reduction of weight and dimensional parametres of circuit breaker and its cost.
